WHEN OUR SHARED MEAL IS OVER

WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED EATING and/or you are planning to go to another activity, please make sure that your table is cleared and cleaned off before you leave.

Put all of your dishes and belongings into your BOX so that: 1. You may relax and visit. 2. You may go to another activity. And 3. The cleanup people can get started on their job.

If your children want to play outside or in another part of the building, move your socializing along with them. Stay close. You are responsible for their safety at all times.

SET UP & CLEAN UP

SET UP AND CLEAN UP are on a rotation schedule and EVERY MEMBER is asked to be on the schedule. To secure your place on the roster call the church office at (503) 665-6471 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it Instructions for set up and clean up are posted on the doors in the kitchen and all supplies are on the shelves in the closet.

No matter who is on duty each week, EVERYONE is able to help the clean go smoother.  “Many hands make light work.” Men can help put away the tables and stack chairs.  Ladies can take empty serving dishes to the kitchen. If we all share in the work, we can truly “take our meals together with gladness.” “LOVE WILL FIND A WAY!”
