Members of the Fellowship Board
Household of Faith Fellowship of Churches is governed by a Board of Directors serving from various churches within the fellowship. The current members of the board are:
Erik Engstrom
After growing up in Maple Valley, WA, Erik attended the University of Washington, and met his wife Karen while serving with her in an outreach ministry in the University District. Married in 1991, Erik and Karen quickly birthed their eight children. After 20 years of marriage, Erik says: “It's a good start!" In 2005 the Lord began impressing upon Erik the importance of family integration and discipleship when, along with Paul DeBusschere and Daryl Harper, he felt the call to plant Foothills HOFCC in the Maple Valley area. Foothills has prospered under their leadership as Erik and his fellow elders serve as bi-vocational elders. Erik divides his time between designing embedded computer products, his family, pastoral ministry and his hobby of pyrotechnics. The Engstroms currently live in Covington, WA.

Dave Poling
Dave is co-elder with John Pontier at the Hillsboro HOFCC. Dave and his wife Melinda have been married since 1992 and have seven boys and a baby girl born in July 2011. – Congratulations Polings!
He has a ministerial degree from Bethany Bible College and works bi-vocationally as a remodeling contractor in Portland metro area of Oregon.

Trent Rance
Trent serves as a co-Elder with Eric Burd at the Vancouver Household of Faith as well as on the HOFFC board. He works bi-vocationally as a Facilities Manager at WaferTech, a local microchip manufacturing fab.
After being joined in holy matrimony to Geneva in 1987, they have enjoyed raising 7 children in the Lord. God has also recently blessed them with their first grandchild and they are looking forward to many more!

Brad McMurray
Brad McMurray serves the Grants Pass HOFCC along with Elders Ron Strom and John Sleadd. He and his wife Robin have been married for 26 years and have three children, two still at home, and two grandchildren. Brad has served in vocational ministry in the areas of worship and music, small group ministry, adult equipping, preaching and counseling.

Steve Edwards
Steve is serving as a co-elder with Jay Gay at the Grace Family Church in Rochester, Minnesota. He attended the Gresham Household of Faith Community Church for six years prior to moving to Minnesota in August 2010. Steve grew up in Oklahoma and earned his BA at Oklahoma Baptist University and his MA in Biblical Studies at Criswell Graduate School. He has pastored in Texas and California as well as owned and operated a K-12 Christian School for 18 years in California. He has been married to Kay for 32 years and they have seven children.

Eric Burd
Eric currently serves on the staff of both the Fellowship of Churches and alongside Trent Rance in the Vancouver HOFCC Congregation in the Vancouver, WA, area. Coming to HOFCC with over 25 years of leadership in the military, business and Christian communities, Eric is passionate about getting the next generation out of the gate and off to a fast start in fulfilling the mission of the church. He and his wife, Jerry, have been married for 37 years and reside with their family near Vancouver. They have been homeschooling since 1983 and have 5 children.
